Must be 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license to rent equipment. 

For your security, at check-in you are required to present the credit card that was used to pay for your booking and matching valid photo identification.

• No pre-paid cards are accepted as the deposit when checking in.
• Customers must present a debit or credit card that is NOT pre-paid when they arrive for the security deposit.

 
We have a 24-Hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel for any reason, you MUST call or email us 24 hours before your rental to receive a refund. If you do NOT show up and you do NOT cancel you will still be charged for the rental. 

Weather is taken into consideration with all rentals. If on your scheduled day there is lightning or high winds and waves we will not be able to send any watercraft out. In the event of this occurring, we will contact you and either reschedule for another day or cancel and refund you. 

We reserve the right to change a boat if it is inoperable and put customer on comparable size vessel and if needed cancel and or reschedule. It is inevitable that reserved equipment will occasionally be unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances at the time of your rental reservation. 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whom we feel is not capable, mature, and/or comfortable enough to operate our equipment. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.

We reserve the right, solely at our discretion, to reschedule and/or cancel your reservation in the event of inclement weather.

We unfortunately cannot guarantee radio systems on all boats. You may bring a speaker, or you can add one to your rental as an accessory for an additional fee of $25. 

You are welcome to bring any snacks and beverages on board. We ask that you be considerate of your area and do not leave anything behind on the boat.

A $100 (minimum) cleaning fee will be applied to boats that are returned and appear to be in poor condition/very dirty.

The maximum capacity/weight limit of a boat is the maximum number of people it can hold multiplied by 150.
- This maximum weight includes anyone on board (this includes pets and babies/children) and any coolers or extra items that will contribute to the total weight. For example, if 8 adults wanted to go out, they would not be able to go on an 8-passenger boat. They would need to size up.
- Please keep in mind, if you are going to bring the maximum capacity for a boat, the vessel may not reach the highest speeds due to the weight.
- If your party shows up and you have too many people or didn’t think about the maximum weight, we will be unable to send you out.

Once you have started your rental and left our dock there will be NO refunds for returning to the dock early. We apologize for any convenience. 

What to Bring

• Customer must bring a valid piece of identification from anyone operating the watercraft. You are allowed to have 2 drivers for a boat.  
• Must bring a major debit or credit card in case of any damages which you will be fully responsible for. We do not accept any prepaid cards for any damage deposit ex: (Cash App & Venmo)

You MUST arrive at least 45 minutes prior to your rental start time in order to fill out paperwork and watch a safety video. Most groups take 45 minutes from arrival to the time they are on the water. Our staff is very efficient and thorough, but if your group is large, unorganized, or inexperienced and may need extra instruction, please be sure to arrive sooner; otherwise, your rental time may be cut short. On holidays and busier weekends groups can take 45 min to an hour to get on the water. Please plan accordingly. If you do not arrive 45 minutes prior, there is a possibility that you may not get out on to the water at your scheduled departure time, but you still have to return the boat at your scheduled return time.
